We believe everyone who eats meat loves steaks. They not only taste fantastic, but also give this great feeling of consuming valuable, filling meal. Today, we introduce you a delicious, easy to make and rich sandwich. The key ingredients of our dish is steak and all-green sauce.

Our sandwich with steak is good for any time of the day, both for the breakfast and dinner. In fact, the two basic ingredients that will give your sandwich this amazing taste are: marinated meat and all-green sauce. Do you have more ingredients that you’d like to add? That’s excellent!

What you’ll need:

Sandwich:

  • Two 6 ounce pieces of beef
  • 2 buns
  • All-green sauce
  • Arugula
  • Tomato sauce (optional)
  • Mashrooms

All green sauce:

  • 1 avocado
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Lime
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • ½ cup of nuts (walnuts or pistachios)

Meat marinade:

  • Two onions
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • Bunch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    How to prepare the meat:

Marinate the meat at least a few hours before you want to prepare sandwich.

Cut all ingredients as fine as possible and mix together. Spread the marinade over the meat. You can do it earlier at home or during camping.

How to prepare the all-green sauce:

All-green sauce is simple to prepare. You can either cut fine all ingredients with a knife or use a blender to do it. Mix all ingredients, but add crushed nuts at the very end.
This sauce is delicious and taste great with all kinds of meals, so you can make it at home and always keep it in a jar.

Making the sandwich:

Grill the steaks for around 6 minutes per side. Set aside for another 15 minutes to let them rest.

Cut mushrooms in thick slices and grill them.

Cut buns in half and apply green sauce on both.

Put on one side of the bun: the steak, grilled mushrooms, tomato sauce and add as much arugula as you can eat. Cover with the other half of bun.

Eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
